Hi ! Im Aubrie,

I have been strength training for over a decade. I've gone through all the stages of the exercise journey, and aim to help others navigate what to do- and what not to! When it comes to having kids, why stop? My passion is in educating and making others feel the best they can in their own skin!

As a mom, life is full of chaos and endless to-do lists, but exercise is a sanctuary — a time for yourself to decompress, and feel strong, capable, and empowered. My goal is to help you fall in love with the process, not just focus on the end result. This is about embracing the journey, letting go of fear, shame, and doubt, and appreciating the incredible gift of movement. Because discipline takes over for lack of motivation, but it’s passion and enjoyment that keep you going.
